Shipping/Payment/Exchange

1. Send

From €75 FREE delivery (Belgium and the Netherlands)

  • Delivery at home or at the office: €6.99 - We ship your package to the specified delivery address. Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday.
  • Pick up in our store in Maaseik: from Tuesday to Saturday we are available continuously from 10:00 am to 5:30 pm

2. Delivery

Once your package leaves us, it will be delivered 1-2 working days afterwards.

The shipping service always informs you in advance about the day of delivery of your package. You will receive a track and trace code as soon as the package is on its way, which makes tracking your package easier. You can always adjust the preferences described below to:

  • pick up in a Pickup parcel shop nearby,
  • have it delivered on another day,
  • have it delivered to another address or
  • have it placed in a safe location.

On the day itself, you will be informed by email or text message about the 1-hour time slot in which your package will arrive. Be sure to check your unwanted emails as well.

What if I'm not at home the time of delivery?
No problem. Your package will be delivered to your neighbor. Isn't this one at home too? Your package will then be taken to a Pickup parcel shop in your area. This way you will receive your package as quickly as possible and you can decide when you will pick it up.

My package was delivered damaged?
Provide us with a photo of the label on the box, the inside of the box and the damaged contents. We need this to start a claim. We will then quickly provide a solution.

3 . Pay

You can pay easily, quickly and securely via:
