GENERAL
Our general terms and conditions are valid for every Hygge Bv product and apply between Hygge Bv and every individual user of the website who places an order via the webshop (hereinafter: “Buyer”).
When ordering a product from our webshop, you accept the General Terms and Conditions of Hygge Bv. We have the right to change our general terms and conditions at any time.
PRICE
All prices stated are in EURO and always include VAT.
Transport or shipping costs are charged separately and are always at the buyer's expense, unless stated otherwise. You can consult these prices under 'shipping'.
The price applicable to the sales agreement is the price in force at the time of the registered order and as indicated on the website at that time. The price applies exclusively to the items as described verbatim. The accompanying photos are decorative and may contain elements that do not belong to the items and are not included in the price.
If, due to an error or mistake, an incorrect price is stated for an item in our webshop, we always have the right to change this price. You then have the right to cancel the order and the full amount will be refunded to your account.
PAYMENT
Payment is made electronically. We use the secure payment system multisafepay. Payment can be made with Bancontact, Maestro, Paypal, Visa and Ideal. The purchase is made when we receive confirmation of your payment, until then the ordered items are the property of Hygge Bv.

Baby/children's clothing, toys, books, shoes, care, baby and children's supplies
DELIVERY
Delivery takes place after receipt of payment.
Delivery is made via Bpost's courier services.
The delivery period takes 3 to 4 working days for deliveries in Belgium or the Netherlands.
We are not liable for any delays or lost packages due to the courier service.
Delivery costs may vary. When purchasing 100 euros, we do not charge any costs for deliveries in Belgium and the Netherlands. (NOT VALID DURING PRESALES OR SALES) Otherwise, an additional charge of 5.95 euros per order will be charged for deliveries in Belgium, 6.95 euros for deliveries in the Netherlands and 8.95 euros for deliveries in Luxembourg.
In other European countries, delivery costs may differ from country to country. These prices are in our footer under 'shipping' or 'shipping'
RIGHT OF EXCHANGE AND WITHDRAWAL
You are entitled to exchange rights for unopened, unused or unworn products and clothes. The labels must not be removed or torn from the clothes. If we notice that there is damage to a returned product or if we notice that the clothes are dirty or have clearly been worn, we have the right not to accept this returned item. Otherwise, the full amount (of the returned products, not the shipping costs) will be refunded to your account within 30 days.
If a gift card has been used for payment, a refund will always be made to the gift card used first.
The return costs are always borne by the customer.
Your returned item must be back in our possession within two weeks.
The items must be sent with the returns form (completed), which you can find on our website under 'returns'. If you do not have a printer, this may also be written manually. Without this form, we cannot find out who the package came from and therefore cannot make a refund.
All additional information about returns can be found in our footer under 'returns'.
We ask that you do not simply send the items without track and trace because we have had problems with this before. This way you can be sure that the package will arrive correctly. Lost parcels are not our responsibility if a track and trace number is not provided.
All goods purchased in the physical store will only be exchanged for a voucher
EXCHANGE RIGHT ONLINE ORDERS DURING SALE
Online orders, ordered during sales or presales, can be returned within a week and will be reimbursed with gift cards.
EXCHANGE RIGHT PICK-UP AT STORE
You will receive an email/message from us that your order is ready. From that moment on you have 2 weeks' right to exchange. Orders that have been ready for collection in our store for more than 2 weeks can no longer be exchanged.
PRIVACY
You can also register for a newsletter with us, using your email address. This is only used for newsletters. We treat your data as confidential information and will never pass it on, rent or sell it to third parties. We do pass on your details (i.e. email address and telephone number) to the courier service so that they can send you a confirmation email and/or text message with a track and trace number. If you do not want this, please indicate this during the ordering process.
The customer is responsible for keeping his/her log-in details and the use of his/her password confidential. Your password is stored encrypted, so HYGGE Bv has no access to your password. HYGGE Bv strictly respects the Belgian law of December 8, 1992 regarding the protection of private life in the processing of personal data.
HYGGE uses cookies. Cookies consist of a standard internet technology that makes it possible to store and access certain information on the user's system. Cookies cannot be used to identify individuals, a cookie can only identify a machine. Every internet user can set his or her computer in such a way that cookies are not accepted. If your computer does not accept cookies, you may experience problems during the ordering procedure.
GUARANTEE
Legal warranty (for consumers only):
Under the Act of 21 September 2004 on the protection of consumers in the sale of consumer goods, consumers have legal rights. Each item is subject to the legal warranty from the date of purchase by (if applicable, delivery to) the first owner. Any commercial guarantee does not affect these rights.
General:
To invoke the warranty, the buyer must be able to provide proof of purchase and contact HYGGE in advance, after which the customer must return the item to HYGGE at his/her expense.
Any defect must be reported within 10 days of discovery. Afterwards, any right to repair or replacement expires. The (commercial and/or legal) warranty never applies to defects that arise as a result of accidents, neglect, falls, abnormal or incorrect use, use of the item contrary to the purpose for which it was designed, failure to comply with the instructions for use. or manual, adjustments or changes to the item, heavy-handed use, poor maintenance, abnormal or incorrect use. It also does not apply to articles with a shorter lifespan or wear and tear articles. Defects that manifest themselves after a period of 6 months following the date of purchase and, if applicable, delivery, are deemed not to be hidden defects, unless the Customer proves otherwise. The warranty is not transferable.
GIFT VOUCHER
Our gift vouchers can be used both in our store and online and are valid for 1 year. The codes on the vouchers are also secret to us, so if they are lost we cannot find them. Keep track of your receipts.
